B. Google API Data

If you authorize the Platform to connect to your Google services (e.g., via OAuth):

  • Scope of Access: We only access the specific data scopes you grant (e.g., read-only access to search query data). We do not store your Google account credentials.
  • Usage: This data is used exclusively to provide mirroring reports and AI Overview analysis. We do not store your Google account credentials.

C. Analytical Data

  • Search Queries: The keywords and URLs you input for analysis. We use this information solely to perform the requested analysis and provide you with the resulting insights.
  • Platform Logs: When you access the Platform, we automatically collect standard web log information, including your IP address, browser type, and operating system. Standard web logs (IP address, browser type) to ensure security and prevent platform abuse.
  1. Google API “Limited Use” Disclosure

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Sale of Data: We never sell your Google API data to third parties.
  • No Human Review: No human at EZ Agency reads your private Google API data unless required for security or to comply with law.
  • No Unauthorised Use: We do not use your Google API data for any purpose other than providing you with the Platform’s functionality. Your data is not used for advertising, marketing, or creditworthiness purposes.
  • No Advertising: We do not use your Google API data to serve advertisements.
  • Restricted Access: Access to your Google API data is strictly limited to those employees and contractors who require it to provide, secure, and maintain the Platform. No human at EZ Agency reads your private Google API data unless it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating a bug or abuse) or to comply with applicable law, and then only with appropriate safeguards in place.

We utilize high-performance infrastructure to generate your AEO/GEO insights:

  • AI Inference: Content is processed via Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini).
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data in transit is protected via TLS/SSL. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.
  • No AI Training: We do not use your submitted keywords, proprietary data, or Google API data to train public AI models. Your competitive insights remain your exclusive property.
  1. Data Retention & Deletion
  • Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
  • Query History: Stored on our secure servers to allow you to review past reports.
  • User Control: You may delete individual reports or request full account deletion (including all mirrored data) at any time via the user dashboard.

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Sub-processors: Trusted infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Stripe for payments) necessary to run the SaaS. These service providers have access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by Australian law or valid legal process. (e.g. a court order or subpoena)
  • Business Transfers: In the event that EZ Agency Pty Ltd is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
